- Place your foot on a sheet of paper and mark the starting point of the toe that is sticking out the most as well as the edge of your heel.
- Use the centimetre to measure the distance between the most distant points on the sheet and add 0.5 cm.
- If the result is for example 20 cm this means that you should choose 33 as your Apia shoe size.

- Measure the insole length in one of your fitting shoes (preferably of similar shape/style) and find the result on the size chart.
